1. Introduction
Sport Mare d.o.o. aims to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for all its services, including boat rentals, water sports activities, and excursions.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
If a customer wishes to cancel a reservation, the following conditions apply:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled service: Full refund.
- Between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before the scheduled service: No refund.
3. Cancellation by Sport Mare d.o.o.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or technical issues, Sport Mare d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the service. Customers will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to show up at the scheduled time.
- Customer's voluntary decision to end the service earlier than scheduled.
- Disruptions caused by the customer's failure to comply with safety instructions.
